1. Registration
Registrations are only accepted if this online registration form has been successfully submitted. No registration form is accepted unless accompanied by full payment or a confirmed payment obligation in accordance with the selected payment method.
2. Security
When registering through the internet your personal and payment details are secured and encrypted. Appropriate technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect data transfer.
3. Confirmation / Payment Obligation
As soon as you have finished your personal registration process for the 15th International Conference on Frontotemporal Dementia, you enter into a binding agreement with the organization of this conference. As a result, you accept the payment obligation and the term of payment that comes along with this agreement. Your registration will be confirmed by e-mail, giving you an overview of the personal details as filled in by you during the registration process. Furthermore, if you select to pay your registration fee by bank transfer or check, you will receive your invoice attached to your confirmation e-mail. Payment must be received in the ISFTD bank account within 10 working days. Please note that fees are subject to change based on registration deadlines (Early Bird, Standard, and Late). In case the organization has not received your payment before the start of the conference, entry to the conference may be refused without your payment obligation being waived. This agreement is entered into with ISFTD, acting through its authorized conference organizer under authority delegated by the Board.
4. Correspondence Address
For all correspondence regarding the meeting, the organization will use the e-mail address as provided by you during the registration process.
5. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ISFTD and its officers, directors, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising out of or in connection with the conference. ISFTD’s total liability, whether in contract or tort, shall be limited to the amount of the registration fee paid.
6. Insurance
Participants are strongly advised to arrange their own travel, health, and cancellation insurance in the unfortunate case of having to cancel the meeting participation and/or travel and/or hotel accommodation because of illness or other (personal) circumstances.
7. Photography / Image Use Policy
ISFTD reserves the right to use any images, in any media, captured at the conference and related events, for promotional activities of future ISFTD activities in general based on its legitimate interest in promoting and reporting its activities. Individuals who do not wish to have their likeness, in any medium, used by ISFTD, must provide written notice to meeting@isftd.org.
8. Attendee List
For this meeting, a meeting app is available that will contain an attendee list with personal details of everyone that has registered for the conference. The attendee list is accessible for all conference participants, including industry representatives.
9. Industry Sponsored Sessions
If you choose to attend an industry-sponsored session, your first name, last name, and (where applicable and permitted) email address may be shared with the sponsored sessions organizers.
10. Exhibitors
Your first name, last name and email address (where applicable and permitted) will be shared with exhibitors if you visit their booth.
11. Currency
All amounts are stated in US Dollars (USD) and must be paid and/or will be collected in USD.
12. Pending Amounts
Any differences (appearing from incorrect application and/or past deadlines) in registration fees will be collected on-site during the conference based on the applicable fee category at the time of correction.
13. Payment On-Site
On-site payment can be made either in cash or by using a valid Credit Card.
14. Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation of your registration and refund requests for registration fees must be submitted in writing to the ISFTD Office before August 31, 2026. All refund requests will be subject to a USD 100.00 processing fee. No refunds will be made on/after August 31, 2026. Cancellations must be made as soon as possible in writing (e-mail or letter) to:

15. Force Majeure
ISFTD reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the conference program, format, or timing where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. Where possible, participants will be informed in advance.
